There are too many wonderful people that work at Medilodge of Kalamazoo to name. The aides, nurses, and staff members are great, and the therapy team was outstanding. All in all, my care and treatment in this center was top notch. Any questions or concerns I had were acknowledged and dealt with in a very professional manner.

I just wanted to say thank you to the therapy department for all of the care and attention that I received from several individuals. I have found that everyone works together. They not only treated the patients well, but also visitors whom had dropped in. They adjusted their schedules so that patients could have time to visit with their company. Even though it was considered work it was always enjoyable. If I need the services again I look forward to their company.

MediLodge of Kalamazoo presented our Veterans with medals and certificates to show how grateful we are for their service to our country. Thank you to all of the Veterans!

I didn’t know how I would feel about coming to MediLodge of Kalamazoo but I am glad I did. My rehab stay was great. I have been to other rehab facilities before and this one is by far the best and has the best staff. They deserve the 4 star ratings they have and more. The food was good, the therapy team did a wonderful job and the nursing staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt with call light responses. Maria, Sam, Shawn, Kristy, and Mary Rose have a special place in my heart with the wonderful care they gave. Although everyone was great. I almost hate to leave because you feel like you’re leaving your friends. Thank you MediLodge of Kalamazoo.  

My daughters wanted me to come to Medilodge of Kalamazoo after my hip surgery, so there I was. Thanks to the therapy people, I am doing very well at home. Thanks again to everyone I came in contact with. You helped me survive. May God bless you all, and keep up the good work, and you will be rewarded by our God and Father.

I enjoyed my stay at MediLodge of Kalamazoo. I really liked all the aides. They were very helpful and kind. The housekeepers were also amazing. They were always willing to stop what they were doing to help me or get me help while always making sure I had a clean room and empty trash. I loved the food but they always gave too much. I would recommend this facility to anyone who needs a rehab stay.

I was very impressed with the therapy department. They seemed to know what they were doing for me and they presented it in such a caring way. I was able to understand what they wanted with the results I would expect. It was a lot of hard work but worth every hour spent.

To the staff at Medilodge of Kalamazoo: Thank you for the great care that you gave Peter during his rehab stay. The physical therapy staff, the occupational therapy staff, and the nurses were so wonderful and great with Peter. To the rest of the team, your kindness and concern shows. To the cook, Pete loved your cooking and he is a retired chef. The employees here are so polite and willing to help. God bless you all!
